Harrogate Bridal Show is a trade event, and is not open to members of the public. This event is attended exclusively by bridal/occasionwear retailers and press.
We strongly advise you to pre-register for the event to save time when you arrive, you can register for the event online here. Entry is free of charge for bridal/occasionwear retailers and press. It is possible to register on the day, but you must bring proof of business or press accreditation.

A £50 charge is applicable to wholesalers, importers, agents, and anyone else deemed to be subject to an entrance fee by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone deemed unsuitable to attend the event.
You can collect a complimentary show guide when you arrive, which includes a floorplan to help you navigate your way around the show.
You will also find 'You are here' signs located throughout the halls to direct you once in the exhibition.
Seating at The Fashion Show Theatre is based on a first-come, first-served basis. We would advise arriving to Fashion Shows 10 minutes early to secure your preferred seat.
Before the final show of the day on both Sunday and Monday visitors are invited to a pre-show drinks reception which opens 15 minutes before the start of the show. These are the most popular shows.
Places at the Bridal Retail Success Academy are limited.
The Seminar sessions are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Business Advice Clinic sessions are available to book at the reception desk at the front of the Business Advice Clinic, when the show opens.
Yes, the Harrogate Convention Centre offers free wifi for visitors, simply go to your browser and log in. This is an unsupported service.

Yes, we offer 2 cloakrooms – one at the front of Hall A and one in Hall Q. There is a charge of £2 per item.
The Terrace Café in the Kings Suite Terrace offers a whole range of food and drink options; salad bar, hot street food from the Tuk Tuk, sandwiches, snacks and drinks.
The Snack Bar in Hall B has a Grab & Go selection of coffees and teas, sandwiches, hot pots, boxed salads and snacks.
Peter Posh Gin Bar in Hall B, serving gin and tonics throughout the day.
Champagne Bar - in Hall Q next to the VIP buyers lounge
The Harrogate Bridal Show has a dedicated Concierge team who are on hand to help with your trip. There are a number of hotels just minutes away from the venue.
